Where vintage hawaii meets modern day

We are an Ohana from Lāhainā, Maui.  The wahine is born and raised in the Hawaiian islands, the kāne is all the way from Mexico.  Together they make up la Tienda, which is a blend of both their cultures.  The vibrant colors of Mexico and the designs and patterns of Hawaii inspire the creations they make.

Our mission at la Tienda is to bring old Hawai’i into the modern world.  We are deeply inspired by the patterns and colors of the vintage days in paradise.

All our shirts are manufactured in an eco-friendly and ethical way and are made with 100% cotton, because who needs plastic in their clothes!  The designs are created and screen printed in Lahaina, Maui.
